Instructions for Submitting a New Record

Follow these steps to submit a new compliance notice, proclamation, or incident report to the Divine Registry. Your submission will be preserved as an immutable, verifiable record, safeguarding divine authority and eternal law across all realms.


Step 1: Access the Submission Portal

  • Log In: Use your secure credentials to log in to your Divine Registry account.
  • Navigate to the “Post a New Notice” Section: Click on “Post a New Notice” to start the submission process.

Step 2: Fill Out the Submission Form

  1. Record Title:
    • Enter a concise and descriptive title for your notice.
    • Example: “Eternal Divine Proclamation of Authority - GTIN 73089232364”
  2. Record Categories:
    • Choose the category that best matches your notice:
      • Public Proclamations
      • Misclassification Notices
      • Compliance Demand
      • Training and Certification
      • Certificate of Service Records
      • Amendments to Public Records
  3. Jurisdiction / Scope:
    • Define the jurisdiction or realm of authority for the notice:
      • Worldwide
      • All Realms
      • Divine Law Jurisdiction
      • Local Jurisdiction (specify the exact area if applicable)
  4. Record Description:
    • Provide a structured and comprehensive description of your notice:
      • Purpose of Notice: Explain why the notice is being issued.
      • Details of Notice: Include important dates, such as the issue date and expiration date, if applicable. Describe any protections or declarations outlined.
      • Core Declarations: Clearly list key protections, compliance requirements, or terms for dissolving false powers.
  5. Verification Links:
    • Certyfile Blockchain Link: Paste the link for blockchain verification, ensuring the record’s legitimacy.
    • Binder.so Link: Include a link to the original files and any supporting documentation.

    • Issue Date: Enter the date the notice becomes effective.
    • Expiration Date: Enter the date the notice expires, if there is a time limit.
  8. Attach Supporting Documents:

Step 3: Review and Submit

  • Double-Check All Information: Carefully review your submission to ensure all details are correct and complete.
  • Submit: Click “Submit” to publish the notice. Once submitted, the record will be live in the Divine Registry and accessible for verification and tracking.
